Cookie Dough Stuffed Croissant’s
This cookie dough stuffed croissant recipe is a show stopper.
I heard that a French bakery in Paris was making these.
So I thought I’d try them.
You can make this from scratch but I encourage you to buy the croissants and make my chocolate chip cookie dough recipe.
Pressed for time, also buy the refrigerated dough. Many options to this recipe; any kind of cookie dough you like or top with ice cream!
Ingredients;
12 mini croissants
Chocolate chip cookie dough made from my recipe or store bought
Confectioner’s sugar
Parchment paper
Directions;
Preheat the oven to 325.
Cut them from end to end about 2/3 through the croissant.
Stuff with about 2 TBLS of cookie dough.
Press them closed just a little.
Bake on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for about 18-20 minutes.
Dust with confectioner’s sugar when cool.
